EthicsWard by AegisWard® - Employee Whistleblowing System
In order to properly follow up on your complaint, you must necessarily include your employers business identification code (BIZ ID)
The BIZ ID should have been shared by your organization via email and/or be visible in common areas of your company facilities and offices.
AegisWard verifies that the organization shares the BIZ ID with all its employees.
When you complete your report, you will receive your report number or UNIQUE ID.
This number will allow you to access the specific follow-up of your complaint or report.
AegisWard® designed an internal process in conjunction with your organization to define an executive committee to which all complaints received will be presented and the veracity of the complaint will be jointly investigated in order to guarantee an external and independent opinion to the complainants in order to to increase your confidence in the reporting process.
You can be confident that your voice will be heard and that each complaint will be reviewed and investigated appropriately.
